SimpliPerks Support

SimpliPerks gives you access to real discounts on things you use every day, including dining, shopping, groceries, travel, entertainment, and even cruises.

SimpliPerks is available to businesses, organizations, and individual subscribers. Businesses that would like to offer SimpliPerks as an employee benefit can contact us through our website. If SimpliPerks is not available through your employer, you can sign up as an individual subscriber by downloading the SimpliPerks app from the App Store.

SimpliPerks

The SimpliPerks mobile app gives you quick access to your discounts, allows you to save favorites, and makes it easy to redeem offers on the go. The app is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Sign-In Help

SimpliPerks is a passwordless service. When you sign in on your mobile app or on the web, you will receive a magic link by email that lets you enter a 6-digit code to access your account without creating or remembering a password.

If you do not see your sign-in link within a minute or two, please check your junk or spam folder. You can access your perks from any web browser at my.simpliperks.com, or by visiting simpliperks.com and clicking My Perks from the menu.

Employer-Sponsored Memberships

Employer-sponsored memberships are paid for by your employer. Your access to SimpliPerks will generally continue as long as your employer keeps you on their eligible employee list and their subscription remains active.

If you leave your employer, your SimpliPerks access may continue until your employer removes you from their eligible member list. Timing may vary depending on how their subscription is managed and billed.

Individual Memberships

Individual memberships cost about $36 per year. Your membership remains active for one full year from the date of billing. You can purchase an individual membership through the App Store, or SimpliPerks may be offered to you by your employer.

If you cancel your subscription, your paid benefits will remain active through the end of your current billing period, typically one year from the date of subscription or until your employment-based eligibility ends.

In addition, SimpliPerks includes lifetime access to travel discounts as long as you continue to have access to the email address you originally subscribed with. If you no longer have access to that email account, you may need to purchase a new subscription using a different email address in order to access those travel benefits.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting our website and selecting Cancel Subscription from your mobile app menu, by using the main menu for web subscribers, or by going directly to simpliperks.com/cancel-subscription.

If you would like your SimpliPerks access removed immediately, please note that in your request.

Your Privacy

Your information is private. SimpliPerks does not sell or distribute your personal information. Your subscription is private.

We may provide employers with reports showing overall employee usage, but we do not provide individual usage details.
