SimpliPerks connects participating businesses with a growing audience of value-conscious members through our national discount platform. If your business offers dining, entertainment, shopping, services, travel, wellness, or other everyday savings, we would like to hear from you.

By applying to become a SimpliPerks merchant, you acknowledge that your offer may be made available to eligible members of our national discount network platform managed by Access Development. Participation may require a qualification review to ensure your offer aligns with our merchant standards and delivers meaningful value to members.

Merchant Qualifications

To protect the quality of the SimpliPerks experience, participating merchants are expected to provide offers that are meaningful, clear, and not generally available to the public.

Exclusive Value

Promotional offers should be exclusively to the members of the SimpliPerks discount and Access Development networks and should not be broadly available to the general public.

Compelling Savings

Offers should generally provide at least 15% ongoing savings. Offers below that threshold may require additional review and approval.

Authorized Locations

Businesses may include participating locations submitted by an authorized merchant contact. Locations may be physical stores, service areas, or online storefronts.

Brand Fit

SimpliPerks and Access Development may decline businesses or offers that conflict with platform standards, existing relationships, or the expectations of our member audience.

Businesses That May Require Additional Review

Some business categories may require additional review because of potential conflicts with existing network relationships, client expectations, or platform standards. These may include, but are not limited to:

Certain travel products or travel-related memberships
Membership clubs or roadside assistance programs
Debt elimination, credit repair, or similar financial services
Network marketing or home-based business programs
Insurance, mortgage, real estate, securities, banking, lending, credit card, or deposit account services
Other categories that may overlap with existing partner or client relationships

Businesses Not Eligible for Promotion

SimpliPerks is designed to provide practical, family-friendly savings. We do not promote businesses with questionable public reputations or businesses that do not align with our platform standards.

Examples may include tobacco products, pornography, adult entertainment, escort services, fast-cash services, unlicensed massage therapy, or similar categories. Exceptions, if any, must be reviewed and pre-approved.

National Merchant Guidelines

National merchant partners are generally expected to have broad geographic reach and the operational ability to serve members across multiple markets.

National merchants should generally do business in at least ten states.
National merchants should generally have at least 100 total locations.
National merchants must meet standard merchant qualifications.
Exceptions may be considered for merchants with strong national appeal, recognized brands, or unique member value.

Online Merchant Guidelines

Online merchants may be considered when they provide a secure, professional, and member-appropriate shopping experience.

Websites should be professionally designed and may require review before approval.
Online checkout must be secure and should support major credit cards.
Promotional offers must be exclusive to SimpliPerks members.
Additional review may be required for online-only merchants.
