- Employer information (if applicable)
Users may register with either a work email or a personal email address. We recommend registering with a personal email address so users may maintain access to their account if employment changes.
4. Location Data
SimpliPerks uses location services to display nearby discounts and offers.
Location information may be obtained through:
- GPS location services (when enabled by the user)
- Manual location entry by the user
- IP address-based location detection
Users may disable location services and manually select their location within the app.
5. Usage and Analytics Information
SimpliPerks may collect information related to how the Service is used, including:
- Membership ID

- Redemption activity
- General usage behavior within the application
For employer-sponsored memberships, aggregated usage analytics may be shared with the employer so they can understand how employees benefit from the service.
Personal membership accounts do not share analytics externally.

However, limited technical information may be used to optimize the experience for the user's device, such as determining phone capabilities in order to present the application correctly.

Subscription payments may be processed through:
- Employer billing arrangements
- HubSpot Commerce Hub for consumer subscriptions
- Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems
SimpliPerks does not store payment information.
HubSpot Commerce Hub manages billing and payment storage in compliance with PCI security standards.
9. Third-Party Service Providers
SimpliPerks works with certain service providers necessary to operate the platform, including:
- Access Development – provides discount marketplace services and usage reporting
- HubSpot – provides customer relationship management, payment processing, and internal analytics
- Apple App Store and Google Play – manage subscription billing when purchases occur through those platforms
These providers operate under their own privacy and security policies.
10. Advertising and Offers
SimpliPerks may display promotional offers and advertisements within the platform.
These offers are presented to users, but personal information is not sold or shared with merchants or advertisers.
11. Data Sharing
SimpliPerks does not sell, rent, distribute, or publish personal information to merchants or third parties.
Limited information may be shared with Access Development for purposes of validating account access, reporting usage statistics, and tracking redemption activity related to the discount program.

SimpliPerks retains account information for as long as the user maintains an active account or as required for legal, operational, or fraud prevention purposes.
Behavioral information within the platform may be used to improve the Service and provide more relevant offers.
